Long run on Hudson River. Paced a friend at 830 for part of his last long run before the NYC marathon. Delta was out w aid stations set up between TriBeCa and midtown. Good swag!

Heated yoga set to hip hop and by candlelight at Y7 Union Square. Only in NYC...

10 miles easy in Central Park and Hudson River Path. 3 of the miles were as a running guide for Achilles International. I paced/guided Allison, a legally blind runner through her speed workout. 2 x 2 min. at 7:30 w/ 1 min. recovery.

Early run on Hudson River path w Juliana. 39 degrees! I overdressed in tights, long sleeves, vest, hat and gloves.  Could have done without the vest. Getting used to new temperatures. Boo!

Indoor track workout at Chelsea Piers. 2 mile warm up. 8 x 400m @ 5K pace (~6:38) with 400m jogging recoveries. 1 mile cool down.
