In DC where it is snowing/raining so I was confined to the hotel gym. Did a test run on TM and shin splint still present. Decided not to run any further and risk making it worse for a crap TM run. Did yoga and core work instead and a litle uphill TM walking

How's it going, Kristen?

Hey Burt, I got a shin splint and am taking a few weeks off. Should be back to running next week. Been taking proper time off. Haven't been exercising at all. I needed that! Been busy with work. I had a two week trip to DC-London-DC. So the time off of running actually came at a pretty good time!

How lucky are you? Well, not the shin splints, but getting to travel everywhere.
