3 x 11 min run/4 min walk in Central Park. Rain started during the last 11 minute running segment, and I ran a little bit too fast. Towards the end of that segment, my shin started feeling "soft." Continues to feel soft next morning.

5 miles in Central Park on a hot (for me) morning, 85F. 3 running segments of 12 minutes, 16 minutes, 10 minutes with walk breaks between. "Aware" of the tibia spot toward end of run and for 6 hours or so after the run. Feels okay next morning.
